Terms of use
01Service purpose
Agemiru helps people give away unwanted items for free and arrange local pickups. Paid listings, advertisements, commissions, and in-app payments are not provided.
02Posting and pickup
Describe condition, dimensions and pickup requirements accurately. New or edited listings require human review of photos and text before publication. Basic text filters are not comprehensive moderation. A request does not guarantee an item. Agree on time, place and transport. Clearly marked demo content does not create real transactions.
03Prohibited content
Illegal, dangerous, infringing, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content is prohibited. Do not post weapons, prohibited goods, medicines, or items that cannot lawfully be transferred. Report problematic content.
04Communication and providers
Respect others and avoid harassment or disclosure of private information. Moving companies operate independently; confirm their qualifications, fees, and availability. Follow official municipal guidance for disposal.
05Problems and requests
Keep relevant information and contact support about missed arrangements, content, or inaccurate details. Operators may review reports, hide listings, or restrict accounts under community rules.
